Business Development Strategists in the following States

[Seasoned with book of business in those states]
Compensation Structure: Up to 10% Referral Fee | Up to 20% Full Sales Process
Must have experience in selected industries; See list below.
Required Industries Experience: 5+ years in one or more industries listed below. Academic Aptitude: BA/BS or Higher. Sales Experience: min. of 5+ years selling. Technology Aptitude: Web Savvy Able to Research & Prospect An Industry Effectively. Responsibilities Include: Presenting Competency based job strategies; recruitment, selection, and/or retention. Able to network, prospect & up-sell in their ‘book of business’. Daily electronic reporting. Weekly phone/skype conferencing. Establishing realistic sales goals. Forecast sales performance levels. Report directly to Strategic Director. Comfortable with Microsoft Suite [including power point]. Have used a CMS for clients and prospects. Appointment Setting And Follow Thru: Must be well organized and able to set appointments for sales presentation. Must be very comfortable with presenting and developing needs.
Expectations: 75K – 150k+ per month gross sales within 3 months of assignment. 150K – 250k+ per month gross sales within 6-9 months of assignment.
