Sales responsibilities include: 1. Making phone appointments in specific industries/professions. 2. Developing a sales strategy for potential clients*. 3. Complete a client needs analysis for web package & add-on consideration*.  4. Close deals over the phone*. 5. Develop partnerships with new clients for additional sales opportunities*.

This position has essential components; sales origination, proposal generation, content collection, e-reporting & individualized performance expectations.  All details are explained completely in the interview process.

@ Target Monthly Compensation > 900 USD - 2200 USD

2. Above Average Performance Monthly Gross Target [$5000]

3. Leader Status - Performance Monthly Gross Target [$7000+]

Performance Based Draw Salary $ 500

Performance Based Draw Salary is available for at target inside sales professionals. Candidates interested in the Performance Based Draw Salary Option must be at target for a minimum of 3 consecutive months; Falling below established targets - during any month - will not entitle the sales agent to participate in the Performance Based Draw Salary Option. They will immediately be placed in the commission only compensation option. The Performance Based Draw Salary is a loan against future commissions made by the sales agent. This Compensation option will be evaluated quarterly to determine use. Further explanation will be available at both the interview process and training period.

The above positions require daily reporting of activity and may be virtual, using the latest in online -VOIP, web conferencing and other telecommunications to facilitate intra-company communications.
